Subject: Continuous learning and motivation
Classic story told by Zig Ziglar. Before conducting a motivational seminar, he was asked by a reporter, "you're going to get everyone motivated?"
"Yes, I'll certainly try" Zig replied.
The reporter then asked, "but what about tomorrow, and the next day. In other words, Mr. Ziglar, is motivation permanent?"
"No," Zig replied, "but then, neither is bathing, and I highly recommend it!"
What a perfect example of the need for continuous learning and motivation! We spend countless hours each week making sure we look clean and presentable on the outside. Shouldn't we spend a little more time on the inside--our mind, attitude, and skills?
